Development delights Glasgow tenants

The £4.8 million Sanctuary Scotland project in Curle Street, Glasgow.

We recently welcomed tenants to our newest development.

Forty-eight flats were made available for social rent following the completion of the £4.8 million project in Curle Street, Glasgow.

The one and two-bedroom homes are near Glasgow Harbour, a stone’s throw from the River Clyde.

Rosie McCabe and her West Highland Terrier Benji moved in at the end of February.

Rosie, 73, said: "I feel very lucky to have a home like this."

"It’s amazing, it feels like a luxury flat. Size-wise, comfort-wise, it’s fantastic."

"I feel safe. It sounds daft but it really feels like my wee sanctuary, that it’s mine and no-one’s going to take it off me.”
