One of our Housing Officers calling residents

We are attempting to call as many residents as possible through our available Housing staff to see how you are managing and ask if there is anything we can assist with or signpost you to. We are also asking if you are self-isolating or have any confirmed Covid-19 cases so we can both provide you the with the most effective service and also safeguard our staff, where necessary.

The information will be stored by our IT software provider, Qualtrics, but your personal data will only be used by our staff to focus services for you. Further information about how we handle your personal data is available in our Privacy Statement.

Housing officer Terri Storrier said: “It’s a difficult time and we’re here to help you get through this. Anyone who needs our help shouldn’t hesitate to get in touch.”
